Start dedicating time to yourself from the morning on. Lie in bed a few minutes longer. You don't have to rush off to work today. Take your time. Breakfast is awaiting you at the pool's edge.

The aroma of croissants will accompany you right into our buffet breakfast room where a vast choice awaits you: sweet or savoury, cappuccino or coffee, organic cereal or nutella - your only problem is making a decision! And if breakfast is anything to go by, just imagine how good lunch and dinner are going to be. Imagination, genuine produce, a taste of tradition and, of course, a few jealously guarded secrets of our Chef will combine to delight and amaze you at each meal.

The appetizing buffet of starters and vegetables is the best way to start, before choosing between the 3 menus at your disposal which will include international dishes, local recipes from the Romagna area and fish specialities, all to be accompanied by an excellent wine selected from our wine list which proposes the best national labels. If you still have some room left, have a look at the fruit and dessert buffet and abandon yourself - at least on holiday - to a venial sin of gluttony.
