Our open kitchen turns every meal into a time for sharing. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner, enjoy an engaging show-cooking experience, as our chefs prepare the daily specials right before your eyes: finger foods and gourmet appetizers, mouthwatering first and main courses, and delicious desserts, ready to be served at a hearty buffet.
Every day, the menu ranges from local specialties to international and healthy dishes, with dedicated options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. The restaurant is available to guests staying on a half-board or full-board basis and is also open to non-residents for lunch and dinner.
Light Lunch
At lunchtime, enjoy our light lunch, designed to let you get straight back to relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Our buffet with show cooking features two pasta or rice dishes, a main course, homemade pizza or piadina, and a generous selection of appetizers, vegetables, and handcrafted desserts. If you’d rather stay under your beach umbrella, you can request our convenient lunch box and enjoy your day by the sea without having to worry about lunchtime schedules. Lunch is always included for guests staying on a full-board basis, while those on half board can choose each day whether to have lunch or dinner at the hotel.

As evening falls, the atmosphere at Ristorante Biancosale becomes more refined and the buffet even more generous, with three first or main dishes and three main courses freshly prepared at the show-cooking stations, accompanied by a creative selection of vegetables, appetizers, and finger food. Dinner is always included for guests staying on a full-board basis, while those who choose half board at our hotel in Cattolica can decide whether to enjoy lunch or dinner at the hotel. Every evening is a journey through local flavors and quality ingredients, with dishes that blend Romagna tradition with a touch of culinary creativity.

At EM | Hotel & Spa, we’ve taken care of everything to ensure a relaxing family dining experience. During dinner, children can have fun and eat alongside the entertainers in the “Taverna di Pasqualo,” the little ones’ dining room.
Children with special dietary needs can take advantage of the “Pappa & Go” service to order customized meals, while new parents have access to a small, fully equipped kitchen open 24 hours a day, where broths, soups, and simple ingredients are provided daily so they can prepare baby food on their own.
